Location de vacances de particulier à Hanoï

« Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

« The home stay was very nice and comfortable! The check in seemed confusing but the instructions made it super easy. The little kitchen area was nice to have, and the laundry worked very well. The place is a studio apartment style with all one room and then a bathroom. My only complaint was that it was not actually near the famous area of the train street where there are cafes on the tracks. I did discuss this with the owner after we arrived and he explained where that area was. Overall...

« Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans le quartier des 36 corporations, le plus agréable de Hanoï à notre avis !La chambre était à peu près conforme à ce que nous attendions. Contrairement à ce que laissait penser l’annonce, elle ne donnait pas sur la rue, et était du coup un peu moins jolie que sur l’annonce. Par contre elle avait l’avantage d’être très calme ! Notre logeuse, bien que ne parlant pas l’anglais, était très agreable, souriante et gentille. »

« The house is close to everything, good location. However, i do not recommend to use their laundry service. They pay only 15k vnd/kg( about 1 usd) for the laundry mat but will ask you to pay 50k vnd ( 3 usd) . »

« I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform. »
