« It was great and staff are fantastic »

« The hotel is good for business travel -- and offers all the usual amenities -- What made my stay great was the perfect service provided by Collins and Eisenhower on the club level. Thank you again Gentlemans. Looking forward to come back very soon to Zimbabwe »

« It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day. »

« Les travaux en cours créent des nuisances. »

« Bon séjour dans cet établissement à Harare. »

« My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at Highlands. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff is excellent: super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. »

« The property is clean but old amenities needs renovations »

« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »

« Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...
