« My friends and I stayed here for a hot weekend. We loved the location, the cleanliness and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and serving platters. We emailed about the back screen door losing its screening and they got right back to us and offered to come out and fix it but we told them to do it after we left so I think they are on the maintenance. »

« Our stay was wonderful - we had two families of 4 with kids ages 1-4 years old. Our favorite amenity was the heated outdoor shower that we used daily to rinse the sand off the kids and all their gear before entering the house. The private beach access and proximity to new Buffalo restaurants was our reason for booking and we will most likely be back next year. »

« We LOVED the cozy cottage. We were a family of 5 who lived and stayed comfortably here. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the evening. We will absolutely be returning! »

The perfect size for traveling with 2 teens- enough space to spread out, but close enough to gather for meals in kitchen and s’mores in the beautiful and magical garden. Julie was amazing from the beginning and helped fix us up with a rebook of our stay from my own personal mess up.
