« Overall, the property was excellent. The interior was very clean, organized and had most all amenities for the stay. The exterior view was awesome, just like the pictures. Even though the weather was great, we didn't spend much time outside due to pool work going on and due to the pollen, I would recommend pressure washing the chairs and tables prior to guests' arrival. We all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. »

« Kitchen dirty Every dish we had to wash before using. Bottom drawer of oven dirty. Grill was dirty had to clean before using. Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom was filthy. Showers in upstairs and downstairs did not drain. Master bathroom did. Chairs in living room 2 were missing bolt underneath and found that out when my pregnant niece fell out of one So we turned the others over and found another one missing a bolt. Back patio has a make shift wooden piece Not sure what it is for but water...

« Bird Baldwin Forsyth House was well equipped for our stay. Parking on site, comfortable bed, large suite were all great. What they don't tell you also matters. There is no pool on the property, the pool is a 30 minute drive away on Tybee Island. There is no parking nor towels at the pool. This is not disclosed until after you book and pay. Totally misleading description. While the property is situated close to the river front it is also on Liberty Street which is busy 24 hours a day. Not a...
