„Excellent hotel. Many thanks to the manager Mr Balla for keeping everything great“

„Staff was helpful, washroom was not clean. Breakfast and food options are great.“

„Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff ...

„The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was okay, it had a really nice view!“

„The room wasn't cleaned properly; the floor was dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the duvet cover didn't look clean. I had to ask for a better cleaning. However, the hotel was in a good location and bed was comfortable.“

„Manager was excellent and very helpful in every way “

„Only stayed a night but very clean and staff very nice and helpful especially my house keeper Deepak!“

„Excellent place. Extremely friendly staff, the front desk is marvelously polite and will guide for first time visitors… everytime I will visit Rishikesh, I will for sure be staying here. Breakfast spread was great…“

„Amazing hospitality and the staff.“

„Schönes Hotel, gute Ausstattung und sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage an der megalauten Hauptstraße ist leider ne Katastrophe. Ein Zimmer mit Ganga View bedeutet, dass man dem Lärm nicht entkommt. Ein Zimmer mit City View bedeutet, dass man auf eine riesige Müllhalde schaut. Deswegen sind die Fenster dort auch zu 2/3 mit interessanten "Motiven" beklebt.“
