„We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.“

„RENTER BEWARE!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The “property manager” canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in due to an ‘issue’ with the apartment - construction noise and water turned off. The host then denied that they canceled to Vrbo (so that we would not be entitled to receive a refund for the full cost of the rental which we had already paid). „My wife, little one and I needed a place to stay to attend a wedding at “The Mansion at Oyster Bay”. The space was well kept, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The hosts were present at check in and very communicative throughout our stay. We had a little hiccup and they handled it very well. I highly recommend staying at Yvonne and Michael’s house. “

„This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.“

"The area around is not the best, but if you are aware, it’s nothing to complain about. In three minutes you can reach the metro an Manhatten is just a 25 minutes ride away. Breakfast is typical American, but still tasty. Especially good if you don’t want to search for Restaurants or Cafes as first activity in New York. Again, if you know what you booked, this hotel stands out. We were very happy and satisfied. "

"Gutes Hotel, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eine Sanierung oder Renovierung wäre notwendig. Die Zimmer sind groß, allerdings ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Des Weiteren war das Badezimmer nicht ganz sauber. Toll war, dass wir bereits ab 13 Uhr einchecken konnten. Empfehlenswert ist die die Rooftop-Bar, von der man eine tolle Aussicht hat. "

"Lobby und Empfang in sehr gutem Zustand, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig und für den Preis in Ordnung. Durch die Fenster dringt jeglicher Straßenlärm gefühlt nach innen. Wände sind sehr dünn. Zimmerservice kam Während unserer 4 Nächte nicht einmal. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gut gefallen hat uns ein kleiner Kaffee und Gebäck kostenfrei am Morgen in der Lobby sowie kaltes Wasser den ganzen Tag über Kostenfrei. "

"Wonderful stay at the hotel! The hotel was beautifully decorated and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right near Central Park and less than 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. A great bonus was the $10 voucher per person per day that we could redeem at the bakery or restaurant. We chose the bakery and were impressed by the wide selection of delicious pastries and filled baguettes. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
