Hotel Hartford

« Room was a good size nd bed comfortable. »

« Lobby area was great. Furniture in suite needed updating. Staff was amazing »

« Great hotel! Clean and efficient would be nice though if they had hot breakfast available included »

« Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good. »

« Staff was friendly and had a breakfast each morning »

« Excellent customer service »

« The free breakfast was appreciated, although the variety of options was limited. At check-in, the staff seemed uncertain if our reservation was for one or two-night stay ( it was for one, I hope my bill is for one). They also shared concerns about third-party booking services, which made me feel that Expedia reservations may not receive the same level of attention. I had requested an early check-in because I was attending Military Appreciation Day at the Troy University football game. Despite...

« They need more staff to run breakfast. One person Anthony was swamped. The shower had poor water pressure. Very annoying. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a good value. »

« Tv did not work. Apparently everyone was complaining of this when we checked in. The continental breakfast was horrible. Odd smell. Coffee creamer was seriously bad. My husband had lumps on the bottom of his cup. Old building with minimal tacky upgrades. You get what you pay for. Did not look anything like the photos on Expedia. »

« I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

« Very comfortable, very clean, all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great with plenty of options available, parking was easy, and the location was very convenient. »

« Overall, a good stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. »

« room was clean an fresh, excellent staff great customer service. Kitchen and parking was great »

« First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd...

« Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but...

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »
