Hotel Hartselle

« I was not told there was a pool. Staff just checked me in and did not say anything else to me. Inside was good. No bugs. The bathroom ceiling has peeling paint and the floor by the sink was filthy. At checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. Oh and the walls are very thin, that is all I will say, you get the idea... »

« Beautiful setting. In the middle of nowhere! No restaurants. No shops. Beds were comfortable, shower was good but no soap provided! Lighting was very dim -could use an upgrade. »

One incident being that he tried to forcibly charge me on sight than what was online. So i had him give me my card back and i made a reservation myself online. He also didnt allow my guest to have access to the room even when i booked for 2 guest and stated that i didnt put him down and there is no option for that online. « Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with »
