Needed a place after driving in the rain for an hour. Could see it from the highway. The narrow roads back to it were dark and sketchy. Hotel/room were fine. Elevator was slow and breakfast just okay

The smells in the hallway, elevator, and room were very strong (all different). Though they say they had WiFi, it didn’t work. The front desk said it was my laptop that was having issues, but it didn’t work on any of our devices.

Location: great, right next to freeway exit/entrance. However, the actual entrance to the hotel is somehow hidden. You have to take the Wendy's entrance to drive all the way to the back of the area until you see a driveway to the hotel. Check-in: nice rep, easy, and fast. He said breakfast time is 6-9am. Room: dark. darker than standard hotel room. The AC/heater is loud. Breakfast: not-fresh boiled eggs in the empty fridge. sausage soup. cereal, milk, coffee. bagels that you can toast. that is all. probably because we checked out a little passed 6am so the staff was unable to prepare everything on time. I asked the girl about the missing regular breakfast items that we usually see at other similar hotels, she was kind a like upset lol. there was an empty container next to the sausage soup, which I thought there should be a scrambled eggs there. she said, no, that container is should be empty. so we just deal with what we had and checked out..

We found a stink bug in our room. There was paint chipping off the walls and rust around the door frames. Had holes in the walls and ceiling that were just patched over as minimally as can be. Staff was nice and accommodating but the rest was unimpressive. Left a day early so we can get home.

This an older hotel but the staff was wonderful and the rooms clean. The location was convenient and very accommodating to our dogs. There is a nice field right next to it that a well behaved dog can run in. There is also a small fenced in dog park right by the entry road for the hotel.

sorry to hear that ,but you were in room 318 and you have allowed 18 guest in one room also in pool , that is not our policy , and yes we have to tell you too many time than finely 7 guest left and you have left the room with very bad condition , you have reserved the room for only 1 adult and 2 kids, we should have refuse you while you checked in , thats our mistake which we find out late and keep you at the hotel,

I had to address her, which made the encounter already unfriendly and unpleasant right away. Then they tried to tell me that I could not have 2 support animals. Then they spoke to the manager and said I would have to pay a $100 deposit, despite me offering their paperwork multiple times. They asked questions and made statements that were not even legal (PS to the staff- I highly recommend you all read up on the legality of having support animals with your guests before you get sued)! The lobby immediately smelled like weed when you walk in, and the room is also disgusting, unclean, and outdated. We also got stuck in the bathroom because of a broken handle!!! Do NOT stay here. It’s a waste of money.

We were in the area for the weekend to celebrate a wedding. The room was a great price in a great location to where we needed to be. The carpet wasn't the cleanest but the bed was really comfortable. Great water pressure on the shower. Its near the interstate so it was a little noisy, but not horrible. We missed breakfast every morning because it ends at 9am, but that was our fault, we liked sleeping in. I would stay here again if needed.
