« Location was convient as the side by side trail passes in front of the rental,Perfect area also if you just wanted to go canoeing, relaxing in front of the outdoor fire pit.The cottage was modern and beautiful.The downside , not kid friendly .For a weekend or week getaway, it’s perfect for a group of adults, I would give it a 10/10 »

« Relaxing, calm, beautiful location. Very steep trail up to cabin but worth it for the seclusion and view. »

« The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. Be mindful of leaving any dry food in the screened-in kitchenette if going out for more than an hour -- the local chipmunks are hungry and know what they're looking for. Only minor...

« We had a fabulous time at this very quaint and quiet loft cabin in the woods. The cabin had everything you required and then some. It was prefect for my wife and I. « This little log cabin was a great place to stay. We were only in the area briefly for a family wedding but the cabin more than met our needs. Our only complication was that there was no one to orientate us on arrival, but we got things sorted with a minimum of effort and keys had been left for us to lock up when we came and went.We would have liked to explore the area more but perhaps another time. »

« Our stay in this idylic location was exactly what we had hoped for. Our hosts arranged access to a motor boat outfitted for fishing and the lake was peaceful and beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We can’t wait to go back. »
