« This hotel is seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, seriously! Rooms are very nice, quiet, and clean and staff is amazing. There are restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor and the food is always good. It’s also close to the Sanford Broadway Clinic, which is why we chose to stay at Brewhalla in the first place since we have a family member who has frequent appointments the Sanford Broadway Clinic. All in all, 10/10 would recommend! »

« The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again. »

Upon arrival, the hallways were full of garbage and bedding tossed all over. There was a foul smell and to top it off, we found cockroaches in the 'clean' towels in the bathroom.
We went to address this with the person at the front desk. While I packed our stuff, my husband went to smoke while the girl called her manager.
