„Check in was nice as Teresa checked us in and was polite and informative. The complaint I have is when the mother of my grandsons was entering the lobby after a long day at Silverwood, she was carrying a crying 4 month old and then the 4 year old vomited. The staff at the desk threw some towels over for her to clean it up and then gave her a trash bag to put the towels in. We were not there with her. But that was not cool. „We were completely satisfied with our stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The hotel gym was another highlight, offering a good selection of quality equipment for a great workout. We also found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was enjoyable overall, although we would have appreciated a few more healthy options ...
