„We had a fabulous time at this property! The location is perfect - it's tucked back in the woods, so you feel secluded. There's a great view of Pinnacle Knob from the spacious front porch. But, it's also only a few minutes to downtown Clayton if you're also looking for restaurants and boutique shopping. The home was very clean and well-appointed! We couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely return to this property when in need of a quiet, comfortable getaway.“

The house was in great shape, beautiful kitchen, great living room, great bedrooms for our friends and our 4 kids altogether - in particular, we loved the outdoor space enjoying the nature, yet super conveniently located in close proximity to Highlands downtown. Plenty of hiking opportunities nearby - from easy to difficult - and, after some hours of hiking, we enjoyed strolling around ...

„Fun weekend with the family! The deck/outdoor space is amazing. If traveling with small kids may want to bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs to make life easier, but overall we had a great experience.“

„We can really recommend the cabin at the river. It is clean, well equipped and the surroundings with mountains, waterfalls, creeks are astonishing and the right place to relax. We have left now a few days ago and miss already the big patio, the nice grill and listening to the natural sound of the river. The cabin is also having Wifi, being enough for streaming in HD. If there is one thing that we did not like so much, is the sulfur smell of the tap water. Which was easy to fix by using bottled ...

Plenty of beautifully decorated bedrooms, spacious and comfortable living room, and adequately stocked kitchen. The views from the deck were wonderful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the best part was that we could walk everywhere within minutes. We parked our cars and didn’t need them all weekend.
