„The house was well situated for 4 couples. It was close to the Russian River Brewery which was very nice to walk to the first night. Additionally, walking every morning was easy as the house is near a trail. Also, good central location for wine country. Items that were disappointing was the lack of communication by the manager. We asked 4+ times if we could either check in t 2 or drop off our luggage as we flew in at 1:30, but no response. The kitchen is lacking on plates and cups but am coffee ...

„This was our first time staying at this property and my husband and I were very pleased. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. We loved having the added security of being gated in. Super easy with the code to enter and exit and we liked being able to park right next to our unit. Although near Highway 101, it was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again!“

„this house was perfect for adult relatives to stay together because each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom. the kitchen and common living room are open and modern with a vaulted ceiling and a massive window facing a forest of redwood trees. We enjoyed the very large and super clean hot tub. Everything was modern and clean. There are lots of steps from the road to the entrance, which was fine for us, but might be a challenge for some people.“

„Pros:This house was convenient to vineyards and does have a small back yard that was fine for our needs. Cons: Carpet needs cleaning, table in back is missing a top. Biggest issue was the heat. Temperature was in the upper 80s and there is no A/C. House was unbearably hot in the afternoons and evening especially upstairs where bedrooms are located. Vacasa was not helpful.“

Beautiful area. Towels were missing, but they went to buy some for us. Quick response to solve the problem. Would gladly rent here again.“
