« Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. »

« Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. »

« The pub was fantastic all the staff and locals made us feel very welcome even bringing a sausage and a bit of steak out for our dog. The food was amazing all top quality and the room was incredible, double walk in shower and stand alone bath. Just what was needed after a fab day walking Pendle top!! We will defo be back »

« Weekend well spent at the Lister Arms that I intend to repeat! Great location for visiting a lovely part of the Yorkshire Dales. Check in was welcoming and well organised. Lovely decor (room and restaurant/bar), spotlessly clean. Delicious food and friendly efficient service. Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from. »
