We had a terrible experience with this house and with Vacasa, the property manager!
We were given wrong info to get inside the house and as a result stayed stranded for hours, outside, in our car, in subzero temperatures with our children until 1am because Vacasa would not answer the phone, text messages or emails.
When they finally answered around and let us in, we faced multiple issues (systematic electric shocks to each of us every time we touch an appliance or faucet, non-working lights in two bedrooms, broken oven, deficient range hood with smoke alarms that blare every time you try to cook, broken pool table that prevents you from playing, balcony buried in snow, jacuzzi surrounded by several feet of snow, disgustingly dirty garage and other issues...).
EVERY SINGLE DAY we emailed, texted and called Vacasa (who only texted us the 2nd day that they were sorry and the 5th day sent an email that would get back to us about all the issues and of course they never never did). They waited until we left after the 7 days of this extremely disappointed stay to send us an email with a ridiculous refund.
Vacasa might try deny this but we documented every single issue with pictures and films (except the electrical shocks).

We can’t recommend this house in its current state or Vacasa which ignored us during our stay and did not resolve any issue!
