The Space
Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings and a dramatic wall of windows that frame breathtaking mountain and reservoir views. The great room invites everyone to gather around the gas fireplace, while expansive sliding glass doors open completely onto the covered deck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The gourmet kitchen is a dream for entertaining, featuring premium Thermador appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals. Enjoy dining together at the table for eight or gather around the oversized island with seating for four.

Golf enthusiasts will love being just minutes from the new ParOne at SkyRidge, a 3-hole mountain course that converts into a 9-hole short course (with holes ranging from 60 to 90 yards), with driving range, etc., while hikers and mountain bikers can access miles of scenic trails nearby.
