„The cottage was tidy and nicely set up. We were a bit surprised with the lack of wifi and that there was really only a tub with a sprayer and not an actual shower, but both were manageable. The beds were okay, plenty of warm duvets. The view is amazing, we loved sipping our coffee or a dram from the kitchen and front yard looking over the valley. “

„We stayed for 2 weeks, whilst the rest of the country had a heat wave, we had a couple of nice days and the rest was misty and windy. „The house was comfortable and warm, with lovely views and perfectly good facilities (4g signal is good so didn't miss wifi). It was nice to come back to during those days when the weather was wild. Everything I needed in a place to stay. Not too far from Castlebay so easy to get food and fuel. Will definitely stay there again if available next time I am on Barra. Barra itself was fantastic and a very friendly place, with some stunning coastline to explore from the sea when the weather allowed!“
