Un rafraîchissement de l’infiltration sous la fenêtre est à faire.
Par chance nous étions peu nombreux mais une salle de bain qui fait aussi toilette à partager pour 10 chambres ça n’est pas assez
Quand à l’accueil à notre arrivée à 19h il était inexistant il y avait juste un mot sur la porte d’entrée.
Le point positif est que nous avions un ferry très tôt, le logement est à 15min à pied et...
« Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist. »
« Brae Lea is far more than one would expect.
The location is a short walk to the Ferry Terminal at Lochboisdale - yet driving from the north, you feel as if you’re nestled in the foothills of a mountain (because you are).
Rupert is an outstanding host, and he doubles as a 5-Star concierge.
He helped us sort travel and touring arrangements as well as made breakfast and suggested dinner options.
The Brae Lea accommodations are also top drawer.
Clean - efficient - spacious - inviting.

« This is no ordinary pod. It is beautifully presented with so much thought given to it's furnishing. I didn't expect to find a wine fridge or induction hob, but there they were. The towels are luxurious and the toiletries are classy. There are even pods provided for the Nespresso machine! The fridge is stocked with essentials, and even some non-essential treats. Just as importantly, I was given a proper warm welcome on arrival. I loved my stay here. PS The eggs were delicious. »
« Four of us stayed in a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The views were stunning. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Our host Christina could not have been more welcoming or helpful. After days exploring Lewis in all sorts of weather it was wonderful to come home to a comfortable and luxurious apartment and a hot shower. »
