« The listing suggested that there were 1.5 or 2 bathrooms (depending on the page), there was a single shower room containing the shower, a toilet and washbasin. A very short walk to the City Centre, a local shop and pubs makes this an excellent location for visiting York. We arrived by train and the property was only 10-minutes by taxi from the station. « A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again. »
