« We're two close friends who enjoyed a long weekend at the property. It was a convenient location, especially if you have a car to get around to groceries, downtown, etc. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool, walking to the beach, and using the umbrella, pool floats, etc. provided. The kitchen was spacious for cooking, and the living room and balcony provided plenty of comfortable space for socializing. Overall, we had a great time! »

« The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer. »

« This Sand Dollar Villas condo was close to perfect - the balcony views of the ocean, morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing - the condo was very clean with a cozy living room area, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, a competent kitchen and 2 good sized full bath rooms - quick access to the beach and close by to golf and other attractions - the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions - Amelia Island is a great vacation location and staying at this condo...

« Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo had all that we needed. Shelly was very communicative before check-in, checked on us during our stay and at checkout. The private path to the beach is directly across the parking lot from the condo. We enjoyed the pool and our teenage boys played tennis on the neighborhood courts. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again. »
