« The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion. »

« I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location. »

« Very nice location. Walking distances to everything in mid-Town. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, welcoming. The room was up to the expected standard with all conveniences and practical. Parking is in a public place next to the hotel and charges $18 max for 24h. Staff told me to make sure not to get in and out in order to avoid being overcharged, and advised to park in the street if I intended to use my car during the day (much cheaper).
