After multiple attempts to contact the owner, Chris, we cleaned it ourselves including changing bed linens. Chris sent a written message around midnight. No response until I finally called VRBO. He did return some money after VRBO called him. I spent 6-7 hours of my time off cleaning and trying to resolve this issue. Very disappointed.“
