« Check in was great. Reception was great. Room was very dated, carpet needs changing (very bad). Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Lot of contractors staying at the hotel but was very quiet at night. Hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle under the overhang in front of the lobby. Very appreciative for that. »

« I booked a room from the 27th to the 28th, they charged me, but when I arrived at the hotel they wouldn't let me in because they changed it from the 28th to the 29th. I complained to the hotel and Expedia and they didn't resolve anything; they stole my money. I've never had this experience before; I've always used the app, but they left me out after a long day of work. It was already two in the morning, and I had to rent a room at another hotel. »

« we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay. »
