  • Ancien atelier d'artiste, l'Adirondack Cottage est inondé de lumière naturelle et d'intimité dans les arbres. Rendu confortable par ses aménagements d'origine tels que le parement en bardeau de cèdre et les fenêtres anciennes, il a été entièrement rénové en 2016. C'est suintant de charme. Avons-nous mentionné une demi-mile à pied de Main St?

    La cour est bordée d'érables, de pruches et de vieux rhododendrons. Marchez jusqu'au lac Harris pour faire du patin à glace en hiver ou attraper et relâcher en été. Marchez jusqu'au coucher du soleil sur un rocher ou un appartement, à 800 mètres de la ville.

    Je vais envoyer des suggestions pour mes activités préférées à faire dans la région -
    cela permet à mes invités de se sentir comme un propriétaire et de voir plus de Highlands que la rue principale. J'ai également une liste de baby-sitters et d'animaux de compagnie que je peux envoyer lors de la réservation.

    Les clients ont accès à l'unité de 2 chambres et au stationnement hors rue pour 2 voitures confortablement. Le chalet dispose de 2 terrasses extérieures confortables pour se prélasser, 2 chambres avec toute la literie en mousse à mémoire, une cuisine de chef bien approvisionnée et une salle de bains récemment rénovée avec douche à l'ardoise.

Always Fabulous!

Closet thing to have having a second home… Linens are clean, decor is familiar and the kitchen is always stocked with all you need to cook or bake. There’s always a room to read a good book & close enough to walk into town to make a priceless memory.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was cozy and comfortable and its location was close enough for us to walk to shops, restaurants and in-town hikes. We spent many hours on the porch amidst the laurels and amazing mountain air. It was just what the doctor ordered. We are hoping to repeat our visit next year. Many thanks!

We loved staying in Adirondack cottage,

Adirondack is a " must stay in" cottage. It is well appointed with amenities, cozy yet roomy and is in walking distance to Main Street. There are plenty of books if you want to relax on the deck and read. Or you can enjoy the convenient location to shopping and eating. We definitely plan to return here again.

10/10 For a couple with a dog. We will 100% plan to stay at this cottage again next time. Thoughtfully designed space that exceeded expectations and was even better than the photos (rare). Location is close to town and on a quiet street with lots of walking. Furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was great and shower is huge. Small area to walk the dog by the lake located at 5th and Smallwood also recommend the Biological station. Things to be aware of:Main bedroom has gorgeous huge windows but can let in a lot of light, so if you are a light sleeper bring eyemask or plan to sleep in the back bedroom which gets very dark.No real privacy between shower and toilet if two people need to use facilities at the same time. Also there is no sidewalk for the first block walk to town including the mountain fresh market but limited traffic so wasn’t a problem even in July 4.The description says pool and washer dryer but there are neither. Main house has a small goldfish pond

Artistic Retreat

My stay in Adirondack Cottage was truly magical. After full days of working in the Bascom Art Center, it was such a delight to return to the cozy cottage which quickly felt like home. All the amenities were top notch, and I felt pampered and relaxed. I am looking forward to returning to this little jewel box home!

Our stay at the Adirondack Cottage was truly exceptional, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The cottage was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and it was exactly as pictured, providing a comfortable and welcoming home-away-from-home. Wonderful stay! Adorable house and great location

we LOVED this house. It feels like you’re staying in a treehouse getaway, tucked right into downtown highlands. The home decor was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed resting and relaxing, and sitting in the adirondacks too! The home has all the comforts you need. We will definitely return!

Beautiful cottage with a short walk to town

The Adirondack Cottage was everything we hoped it would be for a quick getaway! It's super comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet & serene, and also close to town. We loved having coffee on the front porch each morning and the proximity to town and the nearby hikes. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Cozy Retreat in the Woods

Adirondack Cottage was so comfortable and beautifully designed with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Was just the quiet, relaxing place we needed for a few day retreat and would definitely come back again.

Fabulous stay in this well-appointed cottage

My husband and I enjoyed six days in the beautiful Adirondack Cottage with our golden retriever. We enjoyed easy access to area hiking trails each day, and this cottage was a welcome oasis at the end of each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The living area was cosy and relaxing. The bed was delightfully comfortable. Every square inch of the cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with high-end and durable furnishings. We intend to come back; this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

Perfect Stay
