« Very clean, simple property. Perfect for our overnight stay with a Wedding nearby. Plenty of open space as well as clean bedrooms with an assorted configurations of beds and a toilet between each bedroom and sink in each bedroom! This would be a great place to host a family gathering. There is a huge refrigerator and another smaller refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of seating for a meal together or to relax in the living room and a wonderful porch!Easy to find and good communication with the...

« Lovely property. Easy engagement with owners and management. »

« This is a cute, clean, historic home in Appleton and is walkable to downtown. It's a historic home from 1903, but they've done a good job keeping it up and ensuring it doesn't feel like it's falling apart. We visited in the summer, and the AC was nice and cool. I enjoyed the location, and then I could walk to a coffee shop in the morning. The downside is that, being a 1903 home, the floors, stairs are all incredibly squeaky, and none of the bathroom doors or bedroom doors actually shut. They all...

« Pleasant surprise to find a sitting area on both levels. Gives everyone a chance to stretch out. The deer, turkey, ground hog, bunnies and birds were an added plus. »

« Beautiful property but steps are a major concern and not kid friendlyNeeds more railing on the third level and block off basement steps since they are of no use to visitors. Great yard for play and lovely neighborhood for walks »

« Exactly what we needed for a great 4th of July in Oshkosh. Not many places allow 2 dogs so that was our main reason for booking. House isn't anything spectacular but all we needed was a comfy place to sleep and relax between outings and for that it was perfect. Matt is very communicative and was a good host. Visit Oshkosh if you can, we loved it! »

« Property was great! Perfect for a fishing trip or maybe just boating. The host was very responsive and helpful the whole way. Plenty of room for a boat to back in and boat launch about a mile away. We were able to park boat in water behind house while we were there, which was very helpful. The backyard was cozy and peaceful with gas grill and a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The property had kayaks, life vest, and even some poles and tackle for us to use. Couldn't have asked for more....

« Very clean. Park across street and proximity to lake were bonuses. Good area to walk in. »
