„I enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. The only bad thing is that I stayed only 2 nights. Will come back and stay longer next time.“

„Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort. Den Pool haben wir genutzt, den Fitnessbereich jedoch nicht. Pool am Mittag in der Sonne, gegen 16 Uhr nicht mehr. Das Personal erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch! Alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig befinden sich viele leckere Restaurants.“

„Freundliche Mitarbeiter, unproblematisches Einchecken. Im Zimmer leider nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, auch nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde dies nicht nachgeliefert. Weckruf für 4 Uhr morgens wurde erst 30 min. später getätigt, zum Glück hatten wir noch unseren eigenen Wecker gestellt für unseren frühen Rückflug.“

„In the price category it is certainly very good. We have visited other hotels in Bombay price range Rs 10,000 and up which were not as clean as the Accord. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary way of the employees, they obey the rules. But they are all very helpful and friendly.“

„Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert und ich hatte das Glück ein neues Zimmer auf die ruhige Seite zu bekommen! Der nette Service des Personals war aussergewöhnlich gut! Ich machte eine Weiterbildung in Khar und die Lage war für mich deshalb genial. Da der Bahnhof Khar Road sehr nah liegt, ist es auch einfach mit dem Zug Richtung Down Town zu reisen Church Gate oder CST Station. Der internationale Flughafen ist übrigens auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt mit dem Taxi.“

„The staff were all great and kind. They are there to help. They have a restaurant on the ground level convenient for early breakfast or late dinner. Bathroom was clean and disinfected. Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply it’s a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends “
