« Room was smelly , mold in the restroom walls and shower , rip couch , old bed , people doing scandals at 2 am , they charge me even when Expedia charge me first , I have to conduct a refund claim »

« Hôtel neuf mais mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres et même avec l’extérieur et ce malgré un double vitrage. Chambre d’à côté avec 2 parents et 4 enfants en bas âge qui hurlaient, notre nuit a été un enfer. »

« Unfortunately, the mattresses in room 236 are the worst we've ever slept on. We woke up with neck, back, and hip pain because they are as hard as a rock and have a lump in the middle of the bed. This might be specific to this room, but the location is convenient if you're staying there as a student at USC Fullerton. The place could improve by adding EV charging stations and replacing the old mattresses. »
