Cette charmante villa au troisième étage offre de belles vues sur la piscine et l'océan et un balcon privé. Les villas Breakers sont à quelques pas de Coligny Plaza, qui offre plus de 60 boutiques et restaurants et le très populaire Tiki Hut. Cette villa est idéale pour un couple ou une petite famille qui aiment passer la journée à la plage ou la piscine face à l'océan. The Breakers # 320 dispose d'un lit Queen dans la chambre principale avec télévision à écran plat mural plus le salon offre un canapé-lit et TV à écran plat supplémentaire.
** La piscine est chauffée en mars et avril. Wi-Fi gratuit. ** ** Il n'y a PAS de ligne fixe dans cette villa, nous vous conseillons d'utiliser votre téléphone portable si nécessaire.

Perfect for a small family! Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and everything was as described! We couldn’t have asked for a better location being steps away from the beach (especially traveling with small children) and convenience to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, cozy, and though small, it worked great for our family of 4 for the week. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was also a huge bonus for us! Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed here at the Breakers several times over the last few years. Can’t say enough for the convenience of Beach, Food & Entertainment for a great price! Hosted well, clean and easy to get in and out of! Highly recommend this location!!

Location was top notch. Complex was quiet and easy walk to beach, shops, grocery, park and restaurants. Elevator is near room and parking. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is right across the street from all the shops and restaurants at coligny plaza. Condo was as described. No oven but the rental company put a toaster oven in the condo which was super nice of them! Overall great experience.

Great Location

We had a nice stay at 320 Breakers. The location is excellent. We enjoyed visiting the shops at Coligny Plaza each day. The unit does need a little TLC and another mirror. Three females trying to get ready with one mirror was challenging. Overall, a nice unit for the price.

Perfect location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Breakers is in a perfect location. The unit is clean and we loved the shower. There aren’t many thrills with this unit, but it fit our needs. There is no electronic lock so a physical key must be picked up from the property managers office. Not a huge issue for us, but might be useful info in the listing. Bikes were sadly not included with the unit but property managers made it easy to have bikes delivered. Overall, would recommend and stay again!

Great view! Close to everything!

Had a wonderful stay at 539 Shorewood! The balcony view is better than in the pictures. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. I got around on a bike for further trips on the bike trail . Everything I needed was in the condo. Clean and ready for relaxing. Great views! On a beautiful beach. Management company was easy to work with. Quick responses prior to trip and I didn’t have any issues while staying there- except me losing a key and they came right over and let me in ! Thanks again! Can’t wait to go back!!!

The real down side was we didn't have a car, so getting and dropping off the keys was a major pain. Taxi's did it, but inconvenient.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was so noisy that we didn't use it. The couch to sit on was not comfortable for more than a short time. The pullout was even more uncomfortable. We will not be staying at this unit.again.

320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz, in my book, it would then be perfect. thanks a lot. it was the best of vacations. i. hope to return again asap!

Last minute vaca

The location was great! It needs some updating for sure but it was clean overall. The check-in process is antiquated. Having to physically drive to the real estate office (10 minutes away) on a crazy Saturday afternoon to pick up a key was very inconvenient. I was enjoying a day on the beach and had to fight my way through traffic at 4:30 instead of just receiving a passcode to the unit. No extra trash bags provided so be sure to stop at the store. Remote for the TV in bedroom doesn’t work; minor inconvenience.

Misleading

I don’t like to complain but this was a bit much. There were no elevators first of all. I broke my roll around cooler trying to get it up three stories. It was just me and my daughter and there was no way we could carry it. Carrying all our luggage etc up and down three flights was not fun. Also they informed us the washer was broken a week or so before check in but assured us they would pick up our laundry twice and do it for us and return it. They never did. So I’m going home with two loads of dirty laundry to do. The price was fair and the ocean close but I would have chosen another property if given the chance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Breakers. We have stayed at the villas many times. It is a perfect location and the elevators are a great addition . We were there the middle of Oct and there was plenty of parking at the complex We didn’t even have to move the car for days because there are restaurants and shopping and a grocery store all with in walking distance right across the street. Sea Turtle Getaways was wonderful to work with. They were quick to answer any questions and everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. There is a drop box right at their convenient location if you need to drop off or pick up your keys when they are closed. The condo itself (302) had a very nice side view of the beach. We could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The place was very clean and had a smart tv. The internet worked perfect. It would be nice if there was a cutting board in the kitchen as we ate breakfast and lunch each day in the villa and could have really used one. We found the couch difficult to get out of as it seemed a little worn out and uncomfortable and the mattress (for us) was also a bit saggy and uncomfortable. But overall it was a nice villa.

Great location, minor issues

Location was perfect for our little family. The condo was not as clean as you would expect for the price point, but many places are suffering from the effects of Covid and that was apparent all over HHI. Management was great, flexible and for the most part easy to get ahold of. One major issue was in the middle of our stay, some people showed up to replace the washer and dryer. Which sounds great! But 1. No one notified us in advance, 2. They didn’t finish in the 2 hours we were gone because the new W/D did not fit. 3. They then came back later to put the old W/D back in but then left al kinds of dirt, debris and prices of molding all over. My 9 month old and 3 year old were not able to nap and it was a huge inconvenience on that day. 4. When they reinstalled the old W/D, they didn’t connect it all properly and we ended up taking home sopping wet clothes. When we tried to call the office at the end of our stay to let them know everything, they never answered and never returned our voicemail.

But they didn't have any extra sheets and comforters for the pull out couch no extra trash bags. I'm really surprised that they don't have codes to get in to the door it's not that expensive. But the view was great and the room was clean. If you fix those things I would give it 5 stars but those things make it 3 stars.

Positives: Bed matress was super comfortable; nice furniture (brand new sleeper couch),combination oven/microwave,ample closet space, 3rd floor location(least amount of noise from adjacent units), great shower (in tub), all tile floors. Negatives; toaster oven, dishwasher basin fills up with dirty smelly water when not in operation, need better /additional entrance door security(only lock is old style key entry); recommend using bottled water for drinking.
