Other Things to Note:

The Spa on Port Royal community does not permit e-bikes. Please also note that there is no elevator access, and the unit is accessible by stairs.

Per the Rules & Regulations: "The following are NOT permitted on the property: mopeds, e-bikes, motorcycles, dual wheel vehicles parked overnight, tractors, recreational vehicles (RVs), golf carts, trailers, boats, and/or any type of watercraft."
