Welcome to 765 Queen’s Grant, a spacious three-bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Nestled along the scenic 11-mile lagoon system, this villa offers tranquility and comfort for the whole family. The fully-equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, with ample storage and everything you need to prepare family meals. A pass-through connects the kitchen to the dining area, which comfortably seats eight. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room features contemporary beach-style furniture, a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping capacity, a 55" HDTV, and sliding doors leading to a private deck.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 40" HDTV, private deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Also on the main floor, the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers two twin beds, a 26" HDTV, and another en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the private deck is the perfect place to unwind, offering multiple seating and dining options, as well as a charcoal grill for outdoor meals. Enjoy serene views of the lagoon system or take a short ten-minute bike ride to the beach. You can also call the seasonal Dunes Buggy, an on-call in-resort transportation service, for easy access to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. This villa is a haven for relaxation and making memories with loved ones.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
