    Cette location spacieuse maison de vacances est situé près du quartier South Beach de Sea Pines. Juste un court 7 minutes à pied de la plage, 78 South Sea Pines dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Une cour fermée à l'avant de la maison offre une intimité autour de la piscine et le pont vaste a de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde de se étirer et se détendre.

    Le salon dispose d'une conception ouverte et de nombreux sièges dont un canapé en forme de L et une télévision 46 "à écran plat. La salle à manger dispose d'un coin pour les 8 et offre de belles vues de la piscine à travers le plafond vitrées. Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils haut de gamme et une buanderie attachée.

    Il ya deux chambres de maître et les deux ont un lit King et TV écran plat. La troisième chambre a un lit Queen et le quatrième avec deux lits jumeaux. Les chambres de la Reine et Twin partagent une salle de bain avec une baignoire / douche combo et un lavabo en marbre de large.

House location was perfect for both bike riding and walking around sea pines. The beach access is right across the street. Home was much larger than I expected and was perfect for our family of six. The only negative was that the beach access point is right near a large metal pipe that runs through the beach. I assume this is a temporary issue. It was not pretty to look at. Other than that, this location is wonderful and we really enjoyed our week!

Perfect escape!

We had the best time! Great spot in sea pines. Able to walk to salty dog, bike to harbour town, and really quiet beach area. The house was very nice. Well kept and spacious. Not a thing we would have changed!

Upon arrival, the entire property was a mess, with no apparent cleaning or landscaping maintenance. The light fixture outside of the entrance door was covered in layers of pine needles.The pool furniture is old, with peeling metal, and was covered in bird droppings. The floor mat leading from the pool into the house is disgustingly old and dirty. We didn’t use the pool for our entire stay because of the overall condition.Equally disappointing was the interior. Two acrylic dining chairs were cracked straight through the middle of the seat and unusable. An entire set of kitchen bowls was dirty and the fry pans are old with metal peeling off of the bottom. We could not cook in the house for these reasons.Paint is peeling off of the ceiling and walls in one master bathroom. A towel rack is coming out of the wall and bathmats are worn and bleach stained. Visible marks/repaints/cracks are present throughout the home on doors and walls.There is a terrible fruit fly problem as well as dead bugs, despite the house sheet saying it is serviced monthly by a pest control company.We communicated with Beach Properties regarding all of the above from the first night of our stay. A relocation was not possible because their properties were booked. A reimbursement was promised, but many phone calls, emails, and excuses have yielded nothing.

Family Vacation

Stay at this property was great. Some areas were still a little dirty but not huge deal. Pool was dirty with leaves, brush, and acorns from the trees. Prior to our arrival, there was a storm, so that was not like it could be prevented. We called someone out right when we got there and someone came out that night to clean it. They did an amazing job. They also came out 2 other times during the week for a weekly pool maintenance. Beach was only 5 minute walk. So nice! Would definitely stay in sea pines again. We enjoyed our vacation!!!

Great stay

Wonderful vacation in HH! The only lacking part was that the poop was filthy and unusable until they could send someone. By the time it was cleaned and we had to wait for chemicals to work, we only had use of the pool for 2/7 days :/ On the positive, the location has super easy access to the beach. A 5 minute walk or a quick bike ride. House was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Management was responsive. Fast maintenance for water filter change and washer problem. Thanks for a great trip!

The house was wonderful , well equipped , comfortable and clean.

Only issue was lack of cable tv, not a big deal but would have been nice for grandparents to be able to watch. Hilton head recycling is odd to have to drive it across town.

VRBO customer service not helpful- very disappointed

I attempted to make this reservation through VRBO twice. The first time the reservation request expired because the property manager did not respond in 24 hours, so I reapplied and my second request was granted and payment was processed. However, when I looked at my reservation on my VRBO account it showed up as “cancelled”. I called the property manager and they assured me my reservation was still active and there was nothing to worry about. I then called VRBO customer service to clarify. The representative I spoke to looked at the account and told me that the reservation was canceled and that all money was refunded to my account. I explained to him that I wanted to continue with the reservation, but that I was worried that my account wasn’t reflected accurately. I even explained the issue with having to make the reservation request twice since the first one timed out. Again, the CSR insisted that I had no active reservation and that VRBO had refunded me all of my money. He told me that there was no issue with VRBOs system, and that I would need to take my concerns to the property manager. I Explained yet again, that the property manager confirmed my reservation and my bank account still showed my payment as “paid”. Again, he insisted that VRBO records were accurate and I needed to take my issue elsewhere. Rather than continue to go back and forth with him, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me it would be several days before someone would get back to me. Nobody ever called me back. To be frank, I expected a better Experience with VRBO customer service. There seemed to be no accountability, and it was incredibly worrisome to listen to someone try to convince me that I had been refunded all of my money when that simply wasn’t the case. This was my first, and very likely my last experience booking a trip through VRBO. The only reason I am leaving any positive feedback is simply to make sure the property manager is not reflected poorly. They were great in every aspect.

Nicely updated house close to South Beach. Easy walk to the beach. Great spot for two couples/families since it has two master suites. I recommend!

Beautiful house, great location!

Just returned from a week on Hilton Head Island with family and friends for my 50th birthday. With the exception of a few minor maintenance issues, our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was well appointed and had more than enough of everything a family needed for a week away. Thank you Beach Properties of Hilton Head, for a very memorable week, we will be back!

Great location

This house was in a great location in Sea Pines directly across the street from the beach path and a quick bike ride to all of the Sea Pines attractions. We were disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival, but the management company was quick to send someone over to attempt to remedy the situation, though the house could use some deep cleaning in general. Otherwise, a great stay.

Great property!

This property was fantastic! Very close (biking distance) to South Beach Marina and a walk across the street to the beach access path. The pool was great - our family had a wonderful vacation and we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and accomodations

This rental property was everything we could have hoped for. Easy, easy access to the beach and minutes to Harbor Town (literally - like 3 minutes). The house was nicely appointed, clean and contained everything one would need as if you were at home. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
