Very happy with a first floor unit with a short walk to the beach and near a pool. The condo furnishings were lovely, bed comfortable, and nice living room couches and chair. This time of year was so nice -- being a little less crowded, but still quite warm. We had a wonderful visit!

Great stay on Hilton Head Island. The property had everything we needed. It is not a direct ocean view, but only a short walk to the beach. It was a nice, quiet location, and a short drive to nearby attractions.

This property is a hidden gem when staying on Hilton head Island. The condo is located near the end of the building away from the ocean but is an easy walk to the beach. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. For those wondering the unit does include a Keurig coffee maker, which was not mentioned in the property details. If you are looking to stay at HHIBT at a reasonable price I would recommend you choose this property for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Overall it was nice. A little dated could use an upgrade. The bed in the main bedroom needs a new mattress. The beach access was very convenient! I love that you can just walk right out to the beach. Perfect for taking all that stuff from the room to the beach. The host was great and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit, everything was great except for the instructions for the Roku TV remote. It certainly would help if there were detailed instructions in the unit on how to use. Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

5 person family getaway was absolutely wonderful! We felt safe and relaxed! The 24hr security gate was something i didnt realize i really appreciated. The condo was homey and perfect size for us. Super close to the beach. Had everything you needed and wanted! Would 100% stay again!

Fantastic stay

My family and I come to Hilton head beach and tennis every year. This is the first year we’ve stayed at this condo and it won’t be the last. Great communication with Mary. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me. Even let us check in one hour early. This condo is in Admirals row and right across from the admirals row pool. Maybe 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience!

The unit was perfect size for a family of 4. My family and I had an amazing time. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation experience. Getting to the beach was easy. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. We did karaoke by the pool and enjoyed our 4th of July watching fireworks on the beach. Definitely will book again.

Summer 2024

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head and we LOVED the island its self. The property’s location was really great we enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, even though the unit is at the end of the complex. My Mamaw came with us and she has some walking issues and it was not a struggle for her to get to the beach via the pier as well. Keep in mind you get what you paid for and if you are expecting a 5 star resort then go on down the road. This place was great for us consider we came for the beach and island not the room it’s self. I appreciated the host on reaching out and checking in on us.

Great for families

Loved being on the lowest level. Walked to beach. Quite a walk to the larger pool with small children, so we just drove each morning. Easy to do. Smaller pool just across the parking lot was a great way to wind down in the late anfternoon. Our littles had room to play inside and out in the balcony. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect size for a small family. The beach was just a short walk but we were hoping to be able to see the ocean based on the listing; not a big deal. We would have liked to see the dishes cleaner, one of the twin bed sheets had stains on it as well.

The property was old. Furniture was old. It is not that important if things are old, but the fact that it was not clean, was disappointing. The apartment was in need of major updates badly. The sofa in the living room was very dirty the floor once we came in, we’re supposed to be clean, but after walking barefoot for a little bit and finding the bottom of our feet completely black means that the cleaning did not do a good job of mopping the floors. Master bedroom sink was clogged up and we had to call the property management to bring a Drano to get it opened up. The next day drain was clogged up again. so obviously it needed to be changed. Kitchen appliances were all old and in need of update. There are other apartments in the same building that have been updated and furniture are brand new and clean but not this one. I would not recommend this property for a family specially, with kids.

Idalia cut us short

Resort was wonderful, enjoyed our stay but had to leave early due to Idalia coming through. Unit was absolutely beautiful & perfect for our group. Will stay there again.

I’d stay here again.

The property is in a great location with pools, a great poolside bar/restaurant, and just a steps to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. You can see the ocean from the balcony, however, it is not ocean front and the listing does not advertise it as such. I’m not complaining, only pointing it out due to another review. Overall, I recommend. I’d give it a 7 out of 10. No place is perfect.

Great visit!

Property was very nice, super clean, very short walk to the beach. My husband, myself, and our 5 year old had a great time. Such a great family friendly resort! Every night they have entertainment that’s free to enjoy as well which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back!

Needs help

A tray in the frig was broken ,black mold was in the faucet in the bathroom in the bedroom . It seems the floor has some weak places in it between hall bathroom and living room. The table outside had a rusted and broken leg. The drains in the bathroom sinks were stopped up , you had to wait for the water to go down . Having to pay over2,000 dollars for this was a little disappointing .

Good experience

Overall the property was very clean. A little dated but still in good condition. The check in process wasn’t necessary difficult just wasn’t pleased that we had to check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. You pretty Much pay for two days that you won’t get to enjoy. You can not see the ocean from this property, but u can feel the breeze.
