We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—you are truly just steps away from the beautiful beach. After a day in the sand and sun, it was so wonderful to come back and relax by the pool. The heated hot tub was the perfect way to end the evening. We would highly recommend this property!

50th anniversary week

Property is very overrated and overpriced considering the cost onvolved. Our 4 year celebrating in Hilton Head and the least liked property. The entire home was run down nd needed a complete renervation. The outside was grimy, appliances didn't work, pool was dirty, interior and exterior light werr broken/non-functional, outside pool railing was coming apart along with some door knobs in the interior. Additionally, only one bike was avaliable when we arrived with the other 3 showing up 2 days later. There is ongoing construction directly across the street. Men showed up, without notification, and proceeded to climb on the roof for a repair. Another showed up for pest control on the outside of the house again, without notification. We are planning another trip next year, but I would be very hesitant to rent the same place and certainly at the same price. Last year we enjoyed a home on Osprey that was maintaed much better with a closer walk to the beach for 8,000.00 less. How about a little truth in advertising and a partial refund considering these ussues.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious, well stocked, clean, and in a great location relative to the beach and Coligny. Our young boys loved the bunk room and the game room. We did have some issues when we arrived and although we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager when we called, they were very prompt to text back. They got someone onsite quickly to resolve our issue which made the issue a lot less significant. We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Perfect beach house!

We were not only impressed with our communication with the owners but really surprised how well stocked the house was with all the basics (paper goods, shampoo, trash bags, seasonings, etc). House was very comfortable for two families and a very happy dog. Perfect location on our favorite beach and walking distance to the best coffee and ice cream. We could not have been happier. We would love to return. Thank you!

Great house and location

Nice house, well stocked kitchen, nice back yard, wonderful bedrooms and game room. We really enjoyed using the golf cart and pool. Easy walk to the beach just across the street. Would stay here again!

2023 June Trip

Fantastic home and location. We loved the place and will definitely rent it again. Super convenient location just a short walk to the beach. Property managers were very quick to respond. The house layout is great, very large main floor with sitting area, dining area and kitchen. We had five couples and the layout was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house.

We absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our trip. We have always stayed ocean front, but did not mind the location. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very convenient to get to Coligny as well.

Great beach house and close to Coligny

The house was very nice. The downstairs bedrooms work great for kids and provide them with ample play space. The front porch was an amazing location for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Everyone will enjoy the pool and don't worry about bringing beach or pool toys.....there are tons in the garage!

Family Reunion - finally!

The house was perfect for our group. Cousins enjoyed having bunk bed room. Hot tub was a big hit. I chose this house because of location. Walking and riding bikes on beach was so convenient. We have smaller condo in Shipyard so have been coming to area for decades. Familiarity was a plus too.

Beautiful Home, Close to the Beach

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The home itself was beautiful. Tastefully updated with plenty of room and all the amenities we could need. There were 11 people total and 2 dogs and we never felt cramped. The pool was a great size and got a good amount of sun throughout the day. We brought our 2 dogs, and the backyard was entirely fenced in which was awesome!! The front porch was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and you could even hear the waves from the beach as it is just 1 house set back. We would love to stay here again in the future. The owners were so wonderful to deal with. They were prompt on any messages I sent and you can tell they do a great job of upkeeping the property. There were bikes available to use along with many pool and beach toys. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Quality Assurance needed, but overall great experience

This is a beautiful home, nice layout, fantastic location, etc. Although we didn’t bring our pets for this trip, there is an area in the back that is fenced in which is nice for the dogs. The pool deck of the home itself is the only downside…although the layout is pictured in photographs, it’s really not a conducive pool deck for sunbathing, lounging, etc. The management company was very responsive for general concerns…maintenance issues we experienced included ground level bathtub/shower completely stopped working. Although it was repaired in a timely manner, it was a huge inconvenience. There were also a few TVs not working; management addressed and delivered batteries for the remotes…but it would have been nice for these to have been checked while prepping for the next guests. Biggest concern/complaint/advice - bring your own bath towels. The towel sets provided were VERY limited & minimal for our family of 7 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 children. I requested additional towels needed, and although management responded & addressed the concern, the “additional” towels they dropped off included only 1 bath towel and 2 washcloths. This was disappointing because I felt like the need of “more” towels was not met. This unfortunately just forced us to washing the towels very of often, etc. (although management did provide additional laundry detergent). I would recommend the management company investing in some form of quality assurance. There were pieces of ‘trash’ (deflated pool floats, broken pool lounge chairs) outside of the home. The kitchen area cabinets were very unorganized with miscellaneous pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I understand our stay was approaching the end of peak season but there were areas of wear/tear that could have been buttoned up. It didn’t really bother us (and we didn’t notify management) but I could see where other guests may be upset. We would consider renting this home in the future. The house is beautiful and the management company did a good job overall.

Family Fun!

We had two people in their 70’s 2 married couples, one guy in his 40’s our 24 year old grandson, a 16 & a 13 year old & there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect to get to the beach & it only took a couple minutes to walk there! We rented bikes because we had a lot that loves riding to the beach & all around the beautiful neighborhood!! Thank you to the owners for letting us use their beach wagon & the pool floats. I also have to mention this was the best equipment kitchen we have ever had in Hilton Head & we have been coming here for 22 years!! Also I didn’t hear any complaints about the beds from anyone one, all beds were comfy! . We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Great Family Vacation!

Beautiful home! Just steps to the beach. Spacious bedrooms with a great "kids bedroom" downstairs. Kitchen was large and had numerous spaces for seating. Bikes and golf cart provided to help with the short trip to Caligny. Highly recommend!

Great location

This is a nice home in an excellent location. Easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants... The pool was also nice, and they have done a good job of creating a sense of privacy around it. There isn't much poolside decking, but it's easy to use the outdoor dining area to supplement it. Well decorated home and fairly clean. There are a few issues - the gas stove top ignition does not work, although you can light the burners with a lighter. The main microwave does not work, but there is one in the laundry room. A new toaster and coffee maker were in boxes on the porch when we arrived, so those worked fine once we set them up (assuming that is what we were supposed to do). The main kitchen trashcan was very dirty and smelled terribly, so we switched it out with the laundryroom trash can. Sheets didn't quite fit the downstairs primary bed, so we were constantly having to pull the fitted sheet and mattress cover back onto the mattress. We appreciated the fenced-in back yard, but if you are considering bringing a small dog, know there is a decent gap in the railing by the gate on the side porch that a smaller dog could easy escape through. Lastly, at the time we visited, new construction was getting underway on the lot just across the street. Nothing anyone can do about it, but does make for extra noise and less privacy... Overall, a nice home, and we enjoyed our time there. You can't go wrong with the location.
