We will be back!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated and very clean. The South Beach location is quiet and easy to navigate to beaches, restaurants, and biking trails. We are already planning our return trip.

I have visited HHI for over 30 years and this was my favorite property yet! We especially enjoyed the proximity to South Beach Marina and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the beach access was ideal and we liked the privacy. Looking forward to returning soon!

Bluff Villas never disappoints especially this upstairs unit has been renovated. We walked everywhere.- pickle ball, tennis, the beach, salty dog - around the corner as well picked up bikes

Lovely villa in a great location

My mother in law died suddenly and was being buried in Hilton Head Island so I had to find accommodations. My daughter had two requirements, a residence near a beach and she found this gem. Been going to HHI for decades, staying in Sea Pines, but never in the South Beach area. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Amazing Week In HHI

We had an amazing week in South Beach! This villa was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location to great food, music and the beach. We’re regulars of South Beach so we just felt at home. I will say, this villa was very kid friendly between board games, children’s books and a high chair. The attention to detail is fantastic. Would highly recommend for a small 4 person family. Thanks again for making us feel at home and for the family memories!

Absolutely fantastic property

I’m always leery of property’s that say “short walk to the beach”. But, this was very true! The property was immaculate . 5 minute (probably less) to Salty Dog. Walk to the beach was max 5 minutes. The welcome bag inside the condo was such a nice thoughtful touch. This property made it to our favorites list!

We loved the easy, short walk to what I believe is the loveliest stretch of beach on the island . The condo was spotless, and the beds comfortable. We did find it awkward being on the third floor with no elevator...moving in and moving out was a bit of a chore. The location was quiet, albeit without a view to speak of. We enjoyed our 4 nights completely
