The Space:

Completely renovated in December 2021, this top-floor two-bedroom/two-bath condo offers the complex's largest available layout. Enjoy views of a tranquil lagoon and spot local wildlife from the comfort of your private, oversized balcony. Just 300 yards from the beach, your mid-island locale offers quick access to the coast. This condo is also located directly across from a pool and hot tub. Additional amenities include a playground, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.



The open living area is outfitted with brand-new furniture and includes a love seat, sleeper sofa, and 55-inch TV. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony, which features lovely lagoon views.



Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a full suite of appliances, and dry bar complete with beverage fridge. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.



Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the primary bedroom, which also features a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and direct access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom is configured with a luxury, tiled shower and barn-style door. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds. In the guest bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combination.



As part of the luxe community of Fiddler's Cove, you'll have access to a wide variety of resort amenities during your stay. Enjoy two heated pools (open March - November), a kiddie pool, hot tub, and a beach access trail. Soak up the sun on the community sun deck and host a family cookout at the grill area. Beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided and located in the outdoor storage closet.



This third-floor rental is only accessible via stairs.

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
