The Space:

Step onto a sunlit balcony with the pool glittering below and a hint of ocean breeze drifting past. Just a short walk from Folly Field's sandy shoreline, this island villa is built for slow mornings and easy evenings by the water.

Living space

The open-concept living and dining area stays bright and breezy all day, with natural light pouring in - an easy spot to regroup after time on the sand. Three TVs are spread throughout the villa, so everyone can settle into their own show or movie without competing for the remote.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also features a queen bed and access to a second full bathroom just down the hall.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at your own pace, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a toaster. Pull up a seat at the dining table for meals in, or pack a beach-day lunch before heading out.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms come stocked with the essentials - hot water, cleaning products, and a hair dryer - plus a bathtub for a good soak after a day outdoors.

Outdoor space & amenities

Your private second-floor balcony looks out over the community pool, with the ocean breeze never far off. As a guest here, you'll also have access to a gym, plus the wider resort's tennis and pickleball courts and beach access just steps away. A patio/balcony and private entrance round out the setup, with self check-in via smart lock making arrival simple.

Set in Folly Field, you're close to natural beaches, biking trails, and a laundromat nearby for longer stays. Long-term stays are welcome here, making this villa just as suited to an extended getaway as a quick coastal reset.

Important Community Notice – Active Construction at Admirals Row

Please be advised that Admirals Row Buildings A and B will begin an 18 month active sprinkler system repair project on February 2.

The work will take place inside the villas, progressing one floor at a time, and will begin in Admirals Row – Building B, 4th floor.

The community is working closely with the Town of Hilton Head Island Fire Inspector regarding required permitting and inspections. During this time, please expect:

- Construction activity present within the building

- Intermittent daytime noise or visual disruption

- Potential parking limitations

- The building sprinkler system will be temporarily non-operational while repairs are underway

- All resort amenities will remain open and fully accessible

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
