Completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor condo located just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach in the highly desired South Forest Beach area.

This Forest Gardens Hilton Head condo offers an open floor plan with LVP flooring throughout, and fresh paint in the fall of 2022. The comfortable living area features a large wall-mounted Smart TV, electric fireplace, and access to a private balcony through sliding glass doors. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, air fryer, crock pot and plenty of cabinet space. Just off the kitchen you'll also find the full size washer and dryer, new in the fall of 2023.

The main bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet and Amazon Fire Smart TV, while the guest bedroom features a set of bunks with a queen bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on the top, as well as a Roku Smart TV. Both bedrooms have all new mattresses and bedding in the fall of 2022, as well as ceiling fans and room darkening shade coverings for the windows. Both bedrooms have access to a hall bathroom with a granite top vanity and a tub/shower combination with glass doors.

We have also provided beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach cart for guests to use. There is also a pack-n-play, an air mattress & pump, iron & board, and games in the main walk-in closet. (Linens are available for the air mattress, but need to be washed by the guest prior to departure)

Forest Gardens Hilton Head is nestled in the South Forest Beach resort area of the island. This community offers guests a shared pool, open April thru October 31st, and easy access to the beach through walking/biking trails. Guests staying here are also just a short walk or ride away from Coligny Plaza and the newly completed Celebration Park.
