Welcome to our Hilton Head beach retreat — a spacious and peaceful 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa tucked inside Ocean Palms, next to The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa in Port Royal Plantation.
Our villa offers approximately 1,750 square feet of comfortable living space, beautiful lagoon views, and one of the quietest, most private locations in the Ocean Palms community. Whether you are here for the beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, biking, spa days, or simply relaxing with family and friends, this villa gives you a wonderful home base for enjoying the best of Hilton Head Island.
One of the biggest perks of staying here is what is included with your rental. Guests receive four rounds of golf every day at participating courses — you pay only the cart fee. Daily tennis and pickleball court time are also included at the Port Royal Racquet Club, making this a great getaway for active families, couples, golfers, and racquet-sport lovers.
You will also enjoy convenient access to The Westin Resort. Guests can walk or take the complimentary Westin shuttle to the beach and enjoy access to many of the resort’s amenities, including dining options, pools, the health club, Heavenly Spa by Westin™, and the poolside Tiki Hut. The beach is just a short trip away, and two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor hot tub are all within easy walking distance of the villa.
Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and flexibility. The open living area includes HDTV, a smart TV, WiFi, a wet bar, and access to a private deck overlooking the lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a dining table that seats six plus three barstools at the kitchen island. Of course, Hilton Head also offers more than 125 restaurants, so you will have plenty of dining choices during your stay.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own adjoining full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can be set up as either a king bed or two twin beds, giving guests added flexibility. Each bedroom includes a TV, and the living room has a pull-out sofa that can be used as an additional double bed. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.
There is an additional required cleaning fee of $310 per stay, this will be paid by the owner in advance. The Westin also charges $40 to modify the standard bed configuration, which is kings in the two master bedrooms and two twins in the guest bedroom.

Two bedrooms offer flexible bedding options, with the ability to configure them as a king bed or two twin beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for two guests. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the villa, ensuring you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.

Getting Around:
Getting around Hilton Head Island is easy! While a car is recommended to explore the island fully, our villa offers convenient access. Parking is available at the villa, and additional parking is available at The Westin Resort. The closest airport, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. For exploring the island, consider renting bikes or utilizing the extensive network of bike paths. The Westin also offers a complimentary shuttle service to the beach and other resort amenities.
