This cozy and freshly updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape or small families looking for a fun beach retreat. Recent updates include fresh paint, a new king-size bed, a new queen sleeper sofa, and a new lift-top coffee table for added comfort and convenience.
Dining table seats 2, with 2 additional bar stools. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need for your stay are provided.

Kitchen offers a Convection Microwave, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Stove Top Burners, Refrigerator, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Drip Pot, as well as a Keurig (K-cup) (no coffee is supplied). Dining Table seats 2 along with 2 bar stools. Please know that the unit does not have a traditional oven.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Please note that the Cleaning Fee and Parking Fee are automatically incorporated into the nightly rate shown at the time of your inquiry and/or booking. This allows you to see one simple, all-inclusive nightly rate rather than having to sort through multiple individual fee line items.

Parking: Your rental includes parking for 1 vehicle.

If you require a second parking pass, please notify me as soon as possible. I will send you a payment request for the additional $35.00 parking pass.

This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

Off Season: November to mid-February - Things like Jamaica Joez Poolside Bar & Restaurant and Beach Shore Services, will in most cases be closed for the winter season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryers are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule) - NO E-BIKES are allowed on property.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
