It was the perfect place for our 4 person family. We really liked our beach views and easy access to the beach. There were chairs, umbrellas (including one type for windy weather which worked really well), and a wagon for the beach. A small cooler would've been a nice bonus. There are restaurants and bars onsite. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable and bunk beds worked for my (shorter) teens. We didn’t use the pull out couch. We would return!

This condo was fantastic! Just me and my kids, we had a great time. It has everything you need-the solbello umbrella is *awesome* and so easy to use. There are boogie boards and beach chairs. The beach chairs are not the typical low seated beach ones so if that's your preference, be sure to bring your own, but for us it didn't matter. The balcony is great! Love being beach front! And by the afternoon there is no sun directly on the balcony so the beach breeze makes it super comfortable to sit out and enjoy the view, a rain storm, or just the moonlight later on. The topper on the queen bed is SO comfortable. They have padded the legs of the bed (which is great because we found this out by kicking them haha) to protect your toes. The beach blankets that are there for your use are perfect, they don't hold sand and dry very quickly. My kids loved the bunks! They are in what seems like it was originally a closet and work great. My kids are 12 and 9 and had no complaints about comfort of any kind, and the beds are pretty long, but I do think they are not as wide as regular twin beds so older, full size teens may not find them the most comfortable. There is a pull out bed in the sofa and sheets, extra towels, and blankets for this, but we did not use it. Communication with the owners was amazing, the area on the beach is MUCH less busy than farther down the resort, and this is the first place we will look to stay again if we come back to HHI in the future! We had a wonderful time here! The condo was clean and up-to-date, equipped with everything we might want to use: kitchen ware, nice shower, beach items, comfortable furniture, TV's and other electronics. We especially appreciated the dehumidifier in addition to the ac. While we were there, we spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the beach and the ocean Perfect! And the location in a resort, which was new for us, turned out to be a big plus. Just driving in from the main road and on the grounds back toward the unit was itself relaxing. We took advantage of the restaurants there, too, which were very good. I think we have found our new favorite place to stay on HHI!

Wonderful stay

This was the first time we stayed at an VRBO in Hilton Head instead of a time share resort. The apartment was small, but had everything two people would need to enjoy Hilton Head. The patio facing the beach was the best part. We enjoyed every second of our stay! The owners were so responsive and gave such detailed information about the island and the apartment so we felt fully prepared.

Such a nice place and people

The property and owners were so nice. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owner was very informative and nice. We were even offered a late check out without asking! The atmosphere is so calm because of the views, property, and locals. It was so relaxing. It was me, my husband, and 2 children that were 2 and under. Having security on the property was comforting with traveling with children. We would definitely book again! Not one complaint.

Our stay was perfect! We stayed just a few night and it was plenty of room for the two of us! Great view of the beach from the living room and balcony!! A five-star experience

I wanted to add something I didn’t see mentioned in previous reviews, as I read a lot before booking this place. I stayed here with my wife and my parents and wasn’t sure if the bedding arrangements would work well for four adults. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! The sofa bed very comfortable for a couple. Everything else about the stay was perfect! My wife and I will definitely be returning!

Best location on HHI!

This condo is just darling, and has every amenity you could possibly need. The community has the biggest pool on the island, plus two bars and a restaurant, and is located within a ton of restaurants and shops. We stayed at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort two years ago but not this unit, and this one has a far better view. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up and flooding the living area, and seeing the moonrise over the water with its reflection shining on the balcony. The lighthouse display is really cute too. Lots of places to plug in your USB chargers, or you can just use theirs. Didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge but the layout was basic and clean. The TV in the living room is huge, and the bed was very comfortable. We used the bottom bunk to put our suitcases, and the top bunk for all the pillows they offer. The bathroom is small but other units have a door where their shelf unit is. But the rain showerhead and handheld unit was a special touch we appreciated. There's been other things they have done to this place that make it more spacious and offers storage. The little shelves in the bedroom and the phone chargers with slots to put your phone, the side table with hidden USB ports, the cacophony of USB cables on the bottom of the lighthouse display for a start. It was very quiet in October, and when I was enjoying the pool I noticed a steady stream of people heading to the beach with their wagons similar to what the hosts have on their balcony. We

The View was Amazing

Ocean views were exactly as stated. The weather was cool on our few days there so we didn’t go to the beach. The balcony with the bar height chairs was perfect for watching the waves. The unit is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to hall it in. Would be perfect for a beach trip. The unit was supplied with a Keurig and a coffee maker. We enjoyed both. Definitely need a car to get around.
