Beautiful House, Less attractive View

We loved staying at this home. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would have liked to have had a better view off the deck. The property behind this house is less than desirable. Not sure what SeaTurtle Properties can do about it though. Overall it was a great location, close to the beach, shopping, miniature golf/arcade, and more!

Group Golf Trip

This is a lovely property with close proximity to courses, restaurants and shopping.House was Immaculate. Clean, everythjng in working order. Pool and hot tub were a great perk - both provided some relaxation after golf.Other than the house having all the necessary things you'd expect - multiple towels in each room, soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, TVS in every bedroom and all the main dwelling spaces. It really checked all the boxes.Also, the communication with Lori and the property mgmt team was exceptional..Thought we mgiht need an early check in and she was able to facilitate. Turned out we didn't need, but she was able to accommodate a delayed check out for a guest that had a meeting and needed a quiet space. A couple other questions during our stay were greeted immeadiately with answers. A Would definitely book again!

Terrible Experience

I recently stayed at Sea Turtle Vacation Rentals in Hilton Head Island to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was a disaster. Upon arrival, the master bedroom fan was non-functional, and the provided mini fans were insufficient, making sleep uncomfortable. The situation worsened when the air conditioning on the top floors failed entirely, leaving us in unbearable heat. Despite our urgent calls for help, we received no response over the weekend, resulting in the entire group, including two young children, falling ill due to the conditions. The property was also poorly maintained, with stained furniture, marked walls, and a persistent bug problem. Additionally, the listing did not disclose that the property backs up to a trailer park, which detracted from the serene experience we expected. As a local resident, I understand the challenges of a storm, but your team was completely unprepared and lacked communication, adding to our distress. The most frustrating part was the unprofessional behavior we encountered when we finally received a response. Lori, who called back, was rude and denied that we had ever called, despite calling the number we left a voicemail on.This experience highlights a severe failure in communication, emergency preparedness, and professionalism. Given the premium price we paid, we expected much better service. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking this property, as our experience was far below acceptable.

Huge house!

The house is very spacious. Most of the trip we had 9 adults and 3 children but for one night that increased to 6 children and 14 adults and there was plenty of space. The pool area was great but the hot tub did not work correctly. It is very convenient to the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. We cooked most dinners and had space at the table and bar for all. Unfortunately the elevator did not work for half of our stay but was repaired. We really only used it to carry our luggage and stuff. Overall everyone had a wonderful time!

Great location & almost a great stay!

Our family of 13 (including 4 children between 6-12yrs old) stayed at this property from 6/14/24-6/22/24. The description of the home/property was spot on. Lots of space and great location. Our children & young adults loved the pool & hot tub. What threatened to ruin our vacation were numerous bee and wasp nests on the property. The home had so many bees - alive & dead - in the halls, stairways, bathrooms & bedrooms. We communicated almost daily with mgt and they tried to be helpful, but to no avail. Our grandson was stung 9 times and our daughter-in-law was also stung. We were told an exterminator would come and smoke the home & property but this did not happen. We had 2 beautiful balconies that were completely unusable due to the nests. The day before we left, we were given 5 beach towels “for our troubles”. We don’t believe this is adequate compensation for the sleepless nights, kid's’ fears and tears, not to mention the expense of this rental. We had a great stay in Hilton Head and loved being so close to the beach - we just hope other families don’t have to deal with similar issues if they rent this home.

Beautiful home

Property had everything we needed to feel right at home. It is a beautiful neighborhood. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking on the nice flat bike paths.

Graduation Celebration

There were 11 of us from age 5 to 83 and our Mother has limited mobility. The elevator was a life saver and made her stay much easier. We all enjoyed the house and pool. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working properly but otherwise everything was great. We also got great response when we needed any help.

Great house with all the amenities

This house was better than the pictures online. Tucked away in a new home build community, this house had everything to offer. The house was spacious for our group of 10. We also took advantage of the heated pool and beach gear. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

There were 13 of us in all
plenty of space and everyone had a wonderful stay
wished they could have stayed longer. There was a problem with the dishwasher as it took a very long time to finish and the dishes were never dry. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. My son and his new wife got married on the beach and we rented this property for family that was in Hilton Head for the wedding. I would definitely recommend this property.

This house is adorable and has everything you need. We absolutely appreciated the beach gear, our young adults loved hanging out by the pool terrace at night, and the kids bedroom was phenomenal- the bunk beds are spacious and the toys and spaces were great. Highly recommend this place for families with kids.

Wonderful weekend away

Property was ideal for our needs. Good sized property, very clean, good sized rooms, plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. Close to beach (walking distance for us) and close enough to supermarket. I'd definitely use the property again.
