« We stayed for one night, the suite was very large, very nice size. But we woke to a major ant infestation the next morning. I set my makeup bag on the floor next to my bed (window side of the room), and when I woke up the next morning, it was covered in ants, thousands of ants. There was nothing sugary or unusual in my makeup bag that I could attribute to drawing the ants. We had to vacate the room early. Management did not offer any compensation and did not seem to take our complaint...

« Our room was not cleaned when we got there at 3. They did let us park which was great but came back at 4:15 and still not ready. Very kind lady at desk I think her name is Karen really apologized . We had things for the fridge and unloaded the car and sat outside the room until staff was done at 4:30. This was our first visit to that hotel so didnât make a great impression. Thanks »
