« The house was run down, in need of repairs and deep cleaning! The listing photos were not accurate. I have photos but it wouldn’t load. They show dirt around door knobs and air vents. Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. »

« Response was timely, but there were a lot of little things that you wouldn't expect to find broken, missing or not working as part of a rental. The heat was set to 86 upstairs, a picture was very crooked, the fridge was flashing lost power. It has continued to beep every couple of minutes during our stay. « The location was great for our stay. The bunk beds are definitely for kids and not for adults as it only has strips of wood holding the mattress. The dishes had to be rewashed as there were rodent droppings on them. The house was not cleaned when we went in- there was empty energy drinks on the living room window behind the blinds. Crumbs all on the living room table. It was a good location and hardly spent time there- so it met our needs other than those minimal things. »

However the property overall is not in a condition in which I would stay again. The house feels old and looks unkept, foundation issues evidenced by uneven floors, cracks on walls and doors not closing, nor staying shut. Exterior and interior paint is chipping in several places. IMO, if my property manager communicated the way that beach Box property management communicated with me, I would likely let them go. After being asked how many people and vehicles will be on the property, which is ok bc when renting it auto populated to 1 vehicle and only 2 people.
