Hotel Ho Tsao Trai

« An great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady cook, excellent, always had a good chat with my partner. Excellent food and fresh food. »

« The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. »

Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just...

« At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...
