Your stay includes complimentary golf, tennis, and gym memberships for up to four guests every day at Macatawa Golf Club in the Macatawa Legends community, approximately 10-15 minutes away. Each of those four guests can play one free round of golf every day of your stay - up to four complimentary rounds daily! Golf clubs are available to rent at the club. FIRST FLOOR — A CONVENIENT SECOND LIVING SPACE

A private queen bedroom and full bathroom sit alongside a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, and TV. A mini kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator makes snacks and drinks easy without a trip upstairs. This level also includes a washer and dryer and access to your private rear patio with a grill and seating.



SECOND FLOOR — COOK, DINE, AND GATHER

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Gather around the dining table, then settle into the living room with its queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, TV, and electric fireplace. A game cabinet, extra folding chairs, and a half bathroom round out this level.



THIRD FLOOR — PRIMARY SUITE & OPEN LOFT

The primary suite features a queen bed, TV, built-in storage, walk-in closet, and wet bar. Its ensuite bathroom offers a soaking tub and separate shower. The adjoining loft has three built-in twin beds and is best suited to younger children. It is open to the primary suite, with no separating door, and is not a third private bedroom.



HOME COMFORTS

Central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fresh linens, pool towels, starter toiletries, and an in-unit washer and dryer are included.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire three-level townhouse. Parking includes one private garage space and one designated parking lot space. The seasonal pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and poolside patio and grill area are shared community amenities. Included private club facilities and golf are located off-property, a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

The Bridgeport is part of The Beach House at Lake Street on the north side of Lake Macatawa. The lake is directly across the street, with Holland State Park and Lake Michigan’s beaches nearby. Spend your days exploring the shoreline, trails, and dunes, or enjoying views of Holland’s Big Red lighthouse. Downtown Holland offers restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Holland and the surrounding lakeshore. Beaches and Holland State Park are nearby while downtown Holland and Macatawa Golf Club are easily accessible by car. Travel times may vary with summer traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The shared outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to October 1st.



Macatawa Golf Club amenities are off property; please contact us for access and arrangements after booking your stay.



No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on The Beach House property.



Starter toiletries are provided; replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
