Amazing

The house was amazing and just as photos show. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. We really enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor living room. The backyard is wonderful and beautiful at night. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and ice cream. 3 minute walk to the beach and the rental comes with a beach cart and 6 beach chairs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Rental close to beach access

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is sparkling clean and looked brand new. It is located super close to the beach access and a short ride into town via bikes. Here are our pros and cons/tips: Pros: Good Location. Kitchen is well stocked. Grill is nice, we didn't use it, but it's in good shape. Pool is simple but nice. Had to call the mgt company to have pool cleaners come out but they were out immediately and took care of pool debris. Cons: Beds: two bedrooms with a king sized bed in each. Was not a problem for the three of us, but we would not be able to stay there if all four of us traveled back to the area. Two grown kids are not going to want to sleep in same bed. would have been nice if the second bedroom had two twin beds. Also, note the sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Bedding - lovely and custom made, but boy is the comforter hot! they do not supply blankets for the beds. just a sheet and the heavy comforter. If we were staying longer we would have had to go buy a couple of blankets. Linens are nice but we were terribly hot at night. Which brings me too... AC - note: you are not able to control the AC. It is pre-set to certain temps and they were too warm for us. Plus you can not open windows due to the alarm and the door wall does not have a screen, so we could not get fresh air at night to help offset. Bugs - Nosee em's - terrible out by the pool even during the day. Be sure to bring bug spray or buy some as there is none at the house. Overall, would we go back - absolutely. Enjoy...

Absolutely beautiful! Great location!!!!

Fabulous!!!! This two bedroom home was absolutely beautiful! The location was great a block from beach, trolley stop, shopping plaza and several eateries Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin. It was well stocked in kitchen and outside with beach chairs, pool floats.

Perfect in every way

3 fifty-something friends stayed here for a week in October and it was a near perfect location. 1 walking block to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beach chairs and a few pool floats were available but you may want to rent umbrellas, cooler etc for the beach. Home is well cared for and appointed. Showers had great water pressure. There was an outdoor shower and a 3rd bathroom accessed from the back yard so you didn’t need to walk through the house wet. Washer/dryer and all the kitchen amenities you would need. Beds were comfortable, but to our preferences a little too soft but still nice. Backyard is beautifully landscaped and lit for the evenings. Shaded dining table with outdoor TV was really comfortable for morning breakfasts. The ONLY downside is the WIFI is slow, so if you need to work while on vacation I recommend bringing a hotspot along. We wish we had another week to stay, and we’re already discussing the same time, same place next year.

Peaceful Oasis

This house is in wonderful proximity to the beach, rest so, and shops. The beautiful house boasts a wonderful outdoor living area with an immaculately kept pool! The decor is so fun and bright! The fabrics and comfortability are wonderful! Can not wait to come back to this AMI gem!!!!

A heavenly stay at the beach!

From the minute we walked in we were in heaven. The place is even nicer than the VRBO photos show!! The decor is adorable and felt very welcoming. The house was very clean and everything is well-kept. The pool area and backyard are very nice also and we really enjoyed the covered patio and outdoor TV, even when there was ight rain. Also, the walk to the beach is short(5 minutes), basically you walk to the end of the street(4-5 houses) and through a small parking area for a condo & there is a sandy path to the beach. This is probably one of my favorite places we have ever stayed at. We were in heaven all week!!

Perfect Summer Vacation Place

This was a perfect location and house for our summer vacation getaway. We had 2 17 year old girls who loved the closeness of the beach (a block away) and the pool. We loved beach early in the morning, back to the house for lunch and afternoon at the pool/air condition. A quick walk to shops and restaurants gave everyone independence that made all of us happy doing exactly what we want to do without much coordination. Thank you!

Very happy with all aspects

Really happy with the home overall. I'll only focus on the few very minor negatives. Bedrooms are a bit warm for sleeping bring/buy a fan and that is taken care of. Rear door has a security alarm and if you are traveling as adult only group its a bit annoying to deal with every time out the door. We are late night people and the landscape lighting which is very nice shuts off just before midnight. We still had 2-3 hours of pool time left and missed the lighting once off. If your renting an electric golf cart the location to plug it in is a bit out of the way. Thats it, thats all of the complaints. This is a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Carefree cottage is a beautifully decorated home, everything you need and more is provided. Everything is of a high quality, every utencil you could need is provided The pool area with outdoor TV is amazing Short walk to the beach, and shops. Fantastic house

This house was perfect! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, the proximity to some restaurants and bars was a plus, and the pool was great. And...two words: OUTSIDE SHOWER!!! Nothing better after a long day in the sun! Inside, the home is cute and clean. We had a small a/c problem while we were there and they management company had someone out within a few hours. I'd definitely recommend this property and can't wait to go back again!
