This spacious house fit our extended family of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) very comfortably. We even had two bedrooms that were unused. Because the weather was unseasonably cool, the adults only used the hot tub portion of the pool, but the kids had no problem swimming in the chilly pool water and had a great time. The outdoor tiki bar, lounge chairs and large table were very nice. There is a large amount foliage that, while lush and beautiful, covered up the sunshine and left the area quite cool during the day so we didnât use the space as often as weâd like if it were warm and sunny. We utilized the provided wagon, boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs when we went to the beach less than a block away. The sand was powdery and there was a line of shells along the waterâs edge that was fun to browse. The kitchen/living area was spacious and an abundance of kitchen tools, appliances, plates, cups, platters were provided. I contacted the owners about some things we noticed upon checking in (bottom dishwasher drawer and refrigerator drawers that were wonky, some lightbulbs needed replacement, and windows that were cracked) and they were aware of them and working on getting them fixed in the future, which was fine with us. I recommend bringing extra dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels as we quickly went through the small amount that was provided. We were very impressed with Anna Maria Accommodations and their responsiveness when I had questions/requests before and during our vacation. All in all, I highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again in the future.
