Excellent Place to Stay

Great location just across the street from the beach. It was also nice to have our own pool that we could use any time we wanted. The only things I would change would be the door to the master bedroom. You can see right through it so not much privacy. The window over the door doesn’t have a blind or anything so it gets really hot inside during the afternoon with the sun beating down. The week was too short for sure. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice! I had dog hair or something on our bed still and someone’s fake lashes were stuck to one of the towels that was supposedly clean (probably just still stuck after being washed, easy to miss). The pool was the temp of a hot tub (also not the hosts fault just that time of year) and it says the bed in one bedroom is a queen but it definitely felt like a full so not a lot of room for adults. But overall location is almost directly across from a beach access and easy to go further onto the island or to Bradenton! I would stay there again but probably a different time of year!

quick walk to the beach!

House was great and a quick walk to the beach. House was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The pool area was cute but very warm as there is not much shade. We didnt use it much as the beach was so close! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved all of it especially the location to all things on the island. House was great and clean. The draw backs were it’s right on the main road and traffic was loud when outside and the pool was heated and so hot even after we asked to turn off the heater(In 90+ temps) we could not enjoy it at all. Nothing better than coming from the beach to a pool to cool off. Couldn’t do that here. Disappointing.

Great Home

This is a wonderful property, pool was perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and is very close to the restaurants and stores. The beach is an easy 4 min walk too. The only real downside was the traffic which was constant all day and into the late evening. We got used to it though. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great!

This was our second time staying at this property and overall we were pleased with the experience. The set up of the house is really nice for a family or 2. It did seem like the property was a little less kept up/ clean than our stay a year ago. The dishwasher was broken, for the entirety of our trip, even after sending a repairman out, and with a child under 2 we did spend a significant amount of time hand washing dishes, which was not ideal, but I did feel AMI rentals was prompt in trying to fix the problem. In addition several of the dishes/ dishware needed to be washed before using, as they had food still on them. The comforter in the master suite did not appear to have been washed before arrival with big stains/spots, but thankfully with an on-site washer and dryer could be taken care of. Overall we still really enjoyed our stay, and love the location of this property. Parking is easy, there are ample beach and pool supplies provided, and with a little one we really appreciate that there is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool. Overall a really fun time.

Grands plus 14 year old granddaughter

Over all one week wasn’t enough. The house was as described, but the living room furniture was somewhat run down. I brought extra trash bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry tabs, etc, as we were staying for the week, and they only supply enough for someone staying for one night. The thermostat is preset, of which we didn’t care for at all! Not everyone is comfortable at these temperatures. There were no guides as to how to use the TVs or which preferred channels you got and which ones you didn’t. This was quite annoying. The preset hot water temperature assured you ran out of hot water quickly when three people were trying to take showers. The light fixtures in the master bathroom are so dim you can barely see anything, I had to bring a lamp from the bedside table in just to see. I didn’t appreciate whoever broke the anchor lamp and twisted it just it enough to make stand straight until the next person came along to turn it on and have it crumble in their hands! That was just plain wrong! On the other hand, who ever remodeled the house did a great job, with exception of the cheap kitchen. The outside pool area and putt putt area are wonderful and the proximity to the beaches can’t be beat! Be certain to bring a lot of extra cash; this island is expensive $$$

Cute Cottage With Everything you Need

We enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Tyme cottage. It fit our family of 5 + a small dog. The cottage was clean and presented as advertised. Check in was seamless and easy, the management co. was great too. We rented a golf cart through Fun Rentals which was great to have on the island. Because the cottage is on the main road leading onto Anna Maria, we knew it was a busy street and was louder at certain times of the day (mornings and 5 pm). The cottage was well equip and easily accessible to anywhere you want to go. We enjoyed the heated salt water pool (it's not very deep) and the putting range daily. The master bedroom door has frosted glass on it for light, but doesn't allow for much privacy walking by it. There is easy beach access right across the street too. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Family Beach Trip

This is our second year in a row renting a house on AMI. This property was well maintained, very clean and felt sunny and spacious. The pool and putting green were great fun and it was only a few minutes walk to the beach. There were beach and pool toys that we enjoyed as well. The management team for this property was very attentive. My only suggestion would be to improve the pillows for all the beds. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfection

The perfect house for our family of 4 (kids 19 & 20). The pool, although it was quite warm in the heat of July, was well used by all of us every morning into the day. We loved the putting green. We made up our own mini golf course. Fridge ice machine was well used. Beach cart, lots of beach/pool towels, 4 chairs, umbrellas, even a pop up canopy are all provided. Beach is a short, EASY walk (about a 350/400 steps… I’m a weirdo… I counted). The a/c in the house was incredible. Loved the little outdoor space outside the master bedroom. Note that there are 2 rolls of TP for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods provided and no laundry pods. Thank you for a great stay!

Family time

Having adult kids who live in different states we wanted a place to have family time to make memories and turtle Tyme gave us just that the pool was amazing and the house had just enough room with a short walk to the beach with everything supplied for a great beach day the only thing we can complain about it the street noise the house is situated right on the main road and as private as the yard was thanks to the landscaping the traffic noise was a constant we enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend staying here perfect house for a small family

Very Pleasant Property

This vacation home is nicely decorated and well-equipped. We appreciated the wagon and sand chairs for easy trips to the nearby beach. The management company responded promptly to a few inquiries we had, and everything went smoothly with renting baby equipment from their recommended vendor, Fun and More. The property is well-maintained with weekly pool and landscaping attention. There is unavoidable traffic noise from Gulf Drive while enjoying the lovely pool and yard, but it is not noticeable indoors. The location is near the Publix and other stores, which is convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

Super clean, tastefully decorated home.. great location (super close to beach) and easy to get around the island. The backyard is fantastic! Nice pool and seating areas. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The property management company was very easy to work with and super responsive. If we come bank to Anna Maria Island we will definitely rent through them again. Great vacation place!

Cute little house

Super adorable beach themed house. Kids loved the pool and putting green. They had some board games for the kids that they enjoyed as well. Nice central location. We would definitely stay here again!
