Overall excellent experience. Josh was extremely responsive with all communication. A few points that may help other families. There's lots of stairs! 4 steps down to the living room and 4 steps down to an upstairs bedroom. The bathroom for one of the upstairs bedrooms with the stairs is up those stairs. If you are in the 2nd floor bedroom, you need to climb 4 steps to use the bathroom. I point this out as we travelled w/ 80 year old parents & these stairs were tough & steep. The kitchen could use some more silverware as we ran out of forks after each meal and there's only 1 small spoon. The pool is shaded in the afternoon. On a hot day that's perfect, but if you're going in February w/ potential cold nights as we had, the pool heater isn't enough to keep the pool comfortable for an afternoon/evening swim. Otherwise the house was very clean, close to the beach and Publix and we had a very enjoyable time. We did rent beach chairs from our golf cart rental company as the chairs provided were very low to the ground. We brought a shelter that broke down to fit in our suitcase (Amazon) which was very helpful on the hot days. Overall, wonderful memories were made!
